1. 30-Day Guarantee We stand by the quality of Ghost Surface hardware. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Condition for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@theghostsurface.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
4. Refunds & Return Shipping Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus original shipping costs.
5. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will cover the shipping costs to replace defective or damaged hardware.
